An Example Study On Urban Management Law Enforcement Methods In China

There are many problems of contemporary city integrated management work, which is not conducive to the rule of law in government and service government construction. Urban management and law enforcement reform is the way our government and the rule of law service-oriented government, a necessary condition for building a harmonious society. Integrated management of urban law enforcement is the administrative body dealing with urban issues in public administration and management activities to protect urban public infrastructure. This article focuses on the plight faced by law enforcement from the perspective of law enforcement mode analysis. With examples of the advantages and disadvantages of urban management and law enforcement rigid enforcement approach and flexible manner, that rigid enforcement of urban management efficient and convenient manner, law enforcement can effectively achieve the effect, but relatively easy to have a direct conflict of people, and produce violence; flexible enforcement of urban management way to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests counterpart, but flexible enforcement approach and narrow the scope of law enforcement is not ideal. In practice, China's urban management and law enforcement is not subject quality high, the concept behind the law, the administrative relative person legal consciousness, the legal system is not perfect, and lack of effective monitoring mechanisms. We should strive to solve the root causes of urban management and law enforcement issues, the implementation of firmness and flexibility of law enforcement methods to improve the quality of urban management and law enforcement body, changing the concept of law enforcement, enhance administrative relative person legal awareness, improve legislation on law enforcement methods, to establish an effective The law enforcement supervision mechanism.
