On The Multi-dimensional Control Of Administrative Power

Power has the nature of expansion but the expansion of public rights must means the shrinking of citizen's autonomous rights. Administrative Law does not set for boosting administrative rights and avoiding fake power. So the core of Administration Law is controlling executive power and protecting human rights. We should use the administrative law system with this kind of spirit to solve crisis, eliminate risks and win public welfares. Along with the fast development of society, modern administrative rights gradually caused the all-round transformation of administrative rights, which thanks to the expansion and the multi-level trend of superior administrative dimension. We need to change the suppressive administrative mode of authority system, establish a limited and effective administrative mode including power balance, power control, legal regulation, process control, public supervision and so on.
