In The Past Ten Years, China's Copyright Registration System Has Been Developed And Improved

With the development of the digital network environment, the copyright protection system become more and more important. The copyright registration system as the important part of the copyright protection, which also attract more attention. But our country comply with the principle of copyright generated automatically, in other words, the copyright owners may apply to the copyright office, then register the copyright owners' name with the copyright administration, and the copyright office will certificate to the rights holder after register. Beyond that, our Copyright Law has yet to make regulations on registration system. So the social public is also in doubt the effects and the effectiveness of the registration system. the phenomenon of voluntary registration is still not universal. This paper mainly take work registration voluntary as an example, through the investigation and analysis the situation of works registration voluntary in nearly 10 years, further study the differences between the registration number and the registration category in different regions. Then According to the results of investigation and analysis, find out the problems of work registration in the process of development, reflect the situation of copyright registration system in our country. Finally combining the changes about work creation and use in digital environment, explore the trend in the future.
