Rural housing registration system has not been established on national significance until today. To clarify property rights and protect the rural housing transaction security, as well as safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of farmers,to establish and improve the rural housing registration system is significantly imperative. Faced with the lagging behind of rural housing registration, theorists debate on the change mode of rural real rights and it's legal consequences of registration, academic research and judicial practice,currently, can not be convincing.
