Research On Criminal Site Investigation System

Criminal scene investigation refers to, after the occurrence of a criminal case, investigators to find clues for investigation and collect evidence of a crime, to ascertain the facts of the crime, in accordance with the law, the use of certain strategies, methods and techniques, and crime related sites, articles, and other bodies to conduct an inquest, on the victim, the victim, informed the masses to carry out investigation to visit. The criminal scene investigation is an important part of the investigation, but also plays a very important role in criminal proceedings.This paper refer to and criminal procedure law, evidence law, the criminal investigation from works, combined with my four years of undergraduate course of theoretical study and six years of on-site inspection work practice. Firstly to our country criminal field inspection system are briefly outlined, and focus on the inspection of the scene the main model, site protection, site inspection, witness system from four aspects such as analysis of the field inspection system, the existing problems, and to reform and perfect our country on-the-spot inspection system put forward some countermeasure and the tentative plan. This paper is divided into five parts except the introduction and conclusion.The first part is a brief overview of the field exploration system in our country, made clear the relevant concepts, and expounds the main body, procedure and task of the scene investigation.The second part is the discussion of China's main mode of the criminal scene. This part of the first foreign criminal on-site inspection the main mode of study, and of our country on-the-spot inspection body model are summarized and analyzed.The third part is the problem and Countermeasure of field protection. This part puts forward the problem of the protection of the scene and puts forward the solutions.The fourth part is the problems and Countermeasures of the scene. This part of the scene investigation the problems and put forward solutions.The fifth part is the inspection of the scene of discussing and perfecting witness system. The part puts forward the problems of witness system from the aspects of legislation and practice, and perfect the witness system by perfecting legislation and establishing relevant system.
