Research On The Regulation Of Online Legal Services

In recent years, Internet thinking has overturned the traditional industry and create wonder, which surprises people. With‘Internet +'plan was incorporated into national development top-level strategic, the traditional industries have embraced the Internet in order to achieve new breakthroughs. Traditional legal services combined with the Internet has developed in China for many years, but the development are not as good as our expects.This paper uses literature analysis, comparison research and inductive analysis method, starts from the Internet law thinking, combines main mode of online legal service in China, and bases on the model of legal relations, online legal service providers' obligations and the analysis of the electronic signature, draws lessons from international experience, such as the European Union, the United States, which provides useful suggestions for China's online legal service industry.The first chapter starts from the Internet thinking, compares the characteristics of legal services industry and the new changes of online legal service, and then confirm the positive of online legal service. Research on the history and status of our country's online legal service development, which analysis and judge the trend of development.The second and third chapters introduce the content of platform model and content model of the online legal service, and then analyze the legal relations between the two modes and the legal position of online legal service provider.The fourth chapter will combine online legal service provider's positioning, researches on information disclosure obligation and personal information protection obligations through the Angle of comparative law, in order to further improve the legal regulation in our country. The fifth chapter studies on electronic signature system, from the principle of electronic signature, legal relation and international legislative experience angle to study, which can improve our electronic signature system.The sixth chapter puts forward advices from the perspectives of Internet legislation, industry self-discipline, administrative supervision and judicial cooperation.Through the analysis of the previous chapters research conclusions: legal service mainly on "people" intelligence services, technology will not replace decision of intelligence. The advantage of Internet legal thinking is the link of the Internet, which provides more efficient and accurate information support the intelligent decision. Exploration and summary on Online legal service industry provide useful experience to perfect our country electronic commerce legislation and relevant legal regulation.
