The drug is narcotics and psychotropic drugs that can make people addiction,Not only make the person produces physiological and psychological dependence,causing confusion in the social order and people's anxiety.At the United Nations released "2015 world drug report",the drug problem is very serious:In 2013, two hundred million and four thousand six hundred people taking drugs,Year-on-year growth in 3 million.Report issued by the government of China for the first time in 2013,by the end of 2015,there are 2.345 million drug addicts,Increased by 531000,Increased by 20% and 14.6%.The Chinese government has been very attention to drug problem,enacted many of drug laws.Scholars have also done a lot of research on the issue,but there are still many problems to be solved,Such as providing venues for drug users.The author discusses the related theoretical basis and crime constituting elements,explain some of the cases,made an in-depth discussion of charges.In addition to the introduction and conclusion parts, the article is divided into three chapters:The first chapter Introduces the basic theory,such as nature of crime and accessory offender.At the same time, introduces some foreign legislation.The second chapter mainly from the three aspects were discussed,including criminal object, objective aspects,subject of crime.The third chapter discusses the application of anticipated possibility theory in this crime from two cases.
