The Current Lack And Cultivation Of Chinese Citizens' Legal Beliefs

The "rule of law","building a socialist country ruled by law" as the background,with the spirit of the party's eighteen,the eighteen session of the third and fourth plenary session as the basis,the author adopts the empirical analysis method,combined with the basic legal theory,research and Analysis on the current situation of legal belief in China.This paper first describes the meaning of the law of faith,and the specific characteristics of the object,and puts forward the cultivation of legal belief in our current legal construction,publicity,improve the ruling ability of the party and the Chinese nation rejuvenation has practical significance;Secondly,through empirical survey methods,the child is father of the man to the benign development,in affirming the legal belief in China at the same time,also pointed out that the current legal belief in China is still lack,such as civil law has not been widely known,weak legal consciousness of citizens,human society exists,the concept of civil law useless petition does not believe method,based on the above problems,the author from the two perspectives of history and reality,is to explore its causes;Finally,aiming at the causes of the problem,combined with China's national conditions,put forward the legal belief from optimizing the external social environment,the integration of traditional legal culture,strengthen the subject of legal belief the concept of rule of law,to cultivate the citizen of our country to build the five aspects of improving the legal system and vigorously carry out publicity and education,in order to benefit our country the development of the rule of law and modernization.
