Research On The Crime Control Of Trafficking In Women And Children

Human trafficking is one of the most scurvy and savage behavior.It is also a social phenomenon and issue which always exist.As the most severe problem globally,In last 30 years,human trafficking always occurs in the areas which are poor,devious,old,and under populated.Meanwhile,it triggers a series of serious problems including civil,criminal and public safety cases,even induces grouped and pernicious cases.It becomes the most significant problem which is likely to threaten the stability of public safety and social harmony,it also negatively influences safe of residents and their satisfaction in countryside.Yunnan located in the boundary of southwest of China,which is high rate of occurrence of women and children trafficking.It is also one of the main provinces that criminals find women and children to traffic.Public security organs and relevant departments have put much more efforts on solving,controlling and preventing women trafficking and children crimes for several years.It is composed seven parts.The introduction illustrates the background and significance,combing theory and research achievements at home and abroad,clearly define the object of research is trafficking in women and children and describes the innovative point of this article,introduce this approach to the study.Chapter one primary features and development trend in terms of trafficking in women and children in Yunnan in recent 10 years Illustrates the main actions of controlling and preventing human trafficking in Yunnan.Chapter two concentrates on the structural system,basic mode and the existing problems,Analysis that development enough equilibrium,Prevention mechanism and investigation mechanism still insufficiently perfect,transnational trafficking difficulty to control and so on.The future development trends of trafficking in women and children were proposed.In Chapter three,the experience of controlling and preventing human trafficking from the US,Japan and EU will be introduced,The experience(for example perfecting the laws and regulations,improve mechanism of quick response,implementing comprehensive control)what can be learn from the experience will be illustrated.In Chapter four,what Recommendations and suggestions about how to improve the controlling and preventing work will be provided.the research will be concluded and main standpoint will be proposed in last part.After the analysis and research,the author believes that the control of human trafficking should go a comprehensive route of "preventing-attacking-rescuing-helping-publicizing-education".All levels of sectors should center on their duties and tasks and at the same time work together to prevent human trafficking at different levels and from different perspectives so that individual force and joint forces both contribute to the reduction and even the thorough elimination of the crime.The author also believes that a way of comprehensive control can be used to deal with other kinds of crimes.The comprehensive control of all levels of sectors works well to reduce crimes and improve the efficiency due to the overall intervention of all sectors and the comprehensive application of different measures to different cases,different people,and different places.
