Globalization is mainly economic globalization and industrial division in the world, while its shoulder is people. Transnational migrants always accompanied the process of globalization. Since the reform and opening, China has actively participated in the globalization process, as the implement of "Going out" strategy, China's foreign investment flows ranked third in the world. With the Chinese capital and Chinese enterprises going out, more than ten million of Chinese workers has worked out China. Chinese overseas workers represent the image of modern China, and relate to the revival of China in the world. However, they have faced many difficulties in social security, physical security and family ties.Africa is the hot spots of China's investment. This paper researches the Chinese overseas workers in Africa, using the methods of questionnaires, interviews and literature to collect data.This Paper contains seven chapters. The first chapter includes research background and significance, literature review and research design which describes the main concepts, theoretical perspectives and research methods. The second chapter analyzes the rights and interests of China overseas workers from labor rights, social security, rest and vacation, the right to development. The research found that most of workers have signed labor contract, their average salaries may higher than domestic workers, but they lack of working safety and health protection, about half of the workers own the basic social security and welfare, overtime work quite common, and it is difficult to balance family and working. At last, there are few learning and promotion opportunities, the right to development is limited. The third chapter analyzes the dilemma of their labor rights, including delays in wage payments, working visa of some workers is irregularities, they may faced with the risk of tropical diseases, threats to personal safety, as well as the occupational cured abroad propensity. The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons, include the "Split type" reproduction of labor system extends to foreign countries, their companies or institutions, human capital of overseas workers, as well as the poor condition of the foreign countries. Then, the fifth chapter proposes corresponding measures to improve the Chinese overseas workers'rights and interests from the government, embassies, businesses, overseas workers. In the conclusion, the paper points out the shortcomings, the paper lack of comparative research of overseas workers between China and other countries, lack of comparison with the domestic labor class, those shortcomings are the direction of future research.
