Recently years,as the rapid development of multimedia technology,such as television,network,etc.,a variety of TV programs are appearing.Especially,the variety show,interviews and so on.The live sports program is one of them which is the most popular.Whether the live sports programs could be protected by copyright law mainly depends on if it can follow the originalities in the creating process of copyright law.The special process of creating the copyright law about live sports program which is the reason why it is could be recognized as a subject of copyright law which should be protected by the copyright law.By comparing the theoretical and significantly practical problem of sports events and the live show,we could find the subject of rights,expatiates on the connotation and practice methods of live sports programming theory.So that we could find out methods to these related tort problems and follow the rules.By actively introduce competitive mechanisms and breaking the monopoly barriers,to realize the important significance on improving the legislative and judicial development of live sports program in theoretical research.
