On The Civil Registration System

On April 15,2015,the Supreme People's Court promulgated the Provisions on Several Issues Concerning the Registration of People's Courts,clearly stipulates that since May 1,2015 from the implementation of civil registration system,its purpose is to achieve "the case will be established,there are lawsuit" to fully protect the parties to the right to sue.Civil registration system and filing review system,reduce the conditions for prosecution,clear the contents of the complaint,but there are still some shortcomings in the judicial practice.The article aims to elaborate the basic content of our country's law on civil registration system,briefly describe the basic content of the civil law on civil filing,combined with the case leads to the existence of registration system in practice.By combing the reform process of civil registration system,field research and domestic and international filing system,to explore the existence of the registration system in the implementation process in the form of legal provisions of the contents of the review is not specific,the internal management mechanism of the court is not mature,filing supervision mechanism is not perfect and so on.The article puts forward the scope of the review of the registration system for the above-mentioned problems,Perfect mediation before filing,adjust the internal management mechanism of the court,standardize supervision of the prosecution and other recommendations.
