Mongolian Child Labor Problem Governance Research

Childlabor is a very significant issue in the market oriented transition of course of Mongolia and this takes some negative effects to both of the nation's politics and financial reformation such as poverty,unemployment,unfairness in social service distribution.And all those contribute to the series of problems as labor,disadvantaged groups and losing faith in social life.At the meantime,child labor will cause problems in children's health both in physical and mental aspects.Mongolian government held a few meetings discussed child labor issue though hadn't set up any law terms in the 30 years after transformed to market oriented economy shape from democratic.In this trend,children has no freedom and any rights which leaded to the boom of the child labor.This paper consists of five chapters.Chapter one,introduces the research objectives,its significance and methodologies.The second part,presents the concepts and issues associated with child labor.The third part brings in the current situation of child labor in Mongolia and its analysis.Chapter four refers to the experiences and methods of abolishing child labor in countries such as Britain and USA.The final chapter five present suggested measurements.
