Research On The Criminal Law Of Cybercrime

With the wide application of the Internet,people's lives have been changed a lot.The Internet is everywhere in our lives and it opens a gate towards a new world.As the Internet becomes more and more popular,cyber crime emerges,so the criminal justice system keeps improving and completing.This paper elaborated cyber crime cases and relative criminal regulations,and take it as an opportunity to discuss cyber criminal regulations in Criminal Law Amendment IX.There are four parts in this paper:the first part explains some basic issues about cyber crime,including its definition,features and the trend of development.Then discuss the jurisdiction of cyber crime and its application principles.The second part illustrated the development history of cyber crime,and discussed the criminal law regulations before and after the introduction of Criminal Law Amendment IX.At the same time,this paper analyzed the existing deficiencies and problems.The third part investigated the cyber criminal law regulations of developed countries,such as the United States,the United Kingdom,France,and Japan,and analyzed the parts that we can use for reference.The forth part is mainly about some suggestions that the author gave to our cyber criminal law regulations.The suggestions were given from three aspects,the legislative mode,the content,and the deficiencies that can be consummated of cyber criminal law regulation.
