| On November 7,1931,the Chinese Soviet central interim government was established,the communist party of China started as a ruling party to power.As young rulers,they were facing all kinds of challenges.In order to strengthen its rule,the communist party of China created a set of relatively perfect supervisory system guided by the theories of Marx supervisory and the supervisory system of Soviet Russia.The supervisory system includes the masses supervision and inner-party supervision,administrative supervision,public opinion supervision and legal supervision.The system guaranteed the construction smoothly.After the founding of the central Soviet area,the interim government were facing more crazy siege of the enemy of the outside.Their internal appeared corruption,bureaucracy,etc.These phenomena seriously affected the orderly operation of the power.But the soviet union was not depression in the strife-torn situation,they made the effective strategy to against the siege of the enemy.They set up perfect supervision system to make the power back to the right track.In this paper,we based on the research of the central Soviet area historical data,want to explore the influences of the Marxism and Leninism to the central Soviet area supervisory system.To summarize experiences and lessons of the central Soviet area supervisory system,hope to provide some enlightenment for our today's supervisory systemThis pepper is divided into five parts.The first chapter severs as a introduce.The second chapter,we detailed introduce the supervision theory of Marxism and Lenin's supervisory thought.The third chapter we discuss some bad phenomenon and its effects of early Central Soviet Area.The fourth chapter we introduce the establishment of the Central Soviet Area supervisory system and the results they got.The fifth chapter we summarize the historical experience of the construction of the Central Soviet Area supervisory system,hope to To provide some enlightenment. |
