Research Into The History And Enlightenment Of The Central Soviet Area To Build A Clean Government

Corruption is a harsh situation and challenge confronted by the entire human society and a miscellany of countries.Simultaneously it is a conspicuous threat to the political legitimacy of the ruling party.Since the reform and opening up,corruption has become an increasingly prominent issue along with the growth of social economy.As the famous saying goes,officials' integrity advances the political stability;otherwise,officials' corruption engenders the political crisis.Currently,China is experiencing a critical and crucial period of building up a moderately prosperous society and realizing the great rejuvenation of Chinese People and the Chinese dream.Therefore,it is a must for us to fully recognize the urgency and significance of constructing a clean government.Moreover,as a contemporary and important force in carrying out such work,the successful experience and inspiration of the Central Soviet Area must be included into the overall work of clean government construction in the scope of the Party and the state.The paper analyzes the background and causes of the corruption in a specific historical period,generalizes and summarizes the major measures,historical roles and lessons of the clean government construction in the Central Soviet Area by taking the perspective of the localization of Marxism in China and focusing on the status quo of the anti-Corruption Studies in the Area.Based on this and through the combination of the contemporary national condition with theories of classic Marxist authors on the construction work as well as following the outlook of the world and methodology in Marxism,it figures out some train of thoughts on China's clean government construction practices.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part serves as an introduction,which illustrates the research background,purpose,significance,research ideas,methods and focus,difficult and innovative points etc;The second part discusses the theoretical basis of the clean government construction in the Central Soviet Area,namely the typical Marxist authors' theories on clean government construction;the third part describes its historical background in such an Area;the fourth part objectively and comprehensively elucidates the specific implementation procedures of the clean government construction and explores the effectiveness and historical functions of this;the fifth part emphasized the analysis of its historical experience and lessons;the sixth part puts forward some enlightenment to provide reference for the contemporary cause of China's Clean Government construction on the basis of generalizing,summarizing and comparing relevant academic research results.
