Research On Public Welfare Crowdfunding Supervision Based On The Perspective Of System Trust

Crowdfunding as a new way of financing of small and medium enterprises all over the world has began to take shape,and the combination of public welfare and crowdfunding has opened up new financing channels for public welfare career.From the analysis of the initiation mode,Operation flow and profit model of public welfare crowdfunding,pointing out the public welfare crowdfunding's advantage in aspects of innovative,pragmatic,transparency and attention,and summarizing the necessary and sufficient conditions for the success of projects to raise public welfare crowdfunding so as to raise the public welfare crowdfunding in the operation of the model for in-depth understanding.This paper takes the projects of "Zhongchou.com",exploring the problems of public welfare crowdfunding projects in content,design,performance and responsibility,considering that there is a contradiction between economic behavior and prosocial behavior in public welfare crowdfunding platform.The breach of public welfare crowdfunding will bring a severe blow to public welfare career and social trust system.However,it is difficult for government to supervise because of the participant and the procedure of crowdfunding.Therefore,it is worth our country to learn the supervise experience from western developed countries,for instance,the supervision idea of center for the protection of investment and the supervision mode of thinking highly of crowdfunding platform.Basing on the reality of our country,combining with the theory of system trust and putting forward for the standardization of public welfare crowdfunding in our country.It is reasonable to standardize the development of public welfare crowdfunding in China from the way of building system trust.In a large number of uncertain risk society,system trust is more easily learned and more resistant than the personality trust,Its function can be expressed as effective and reliable communication media to bring the norms and order(stability of the system),which simplifies the complexity of the environment,increase the uncertainty of the unknown is expected to form a stable and sustained trust.To raise public welfare crowdfunding(system)related factors(communication media)regulation is an important way to raise the public welfare crowdfunding standard,this paper considers from the government,public welfare crowdfunding and society to put forward by constructing the legal policy,supervision system,supervision mechanism,supervision channel,and other communication platform to raise public media specification to supervise public welfare crowdfunding effectively.
