Research On The Construction Of Public Welfare Crowdfunding Interest Legal Supervision Mechanism In China

In recent years,the public welfare crowdfunding has been developing rapidly in China.It has become an important supplement to the social security work of the government,and has injected new vitality into the development of public welfare in China.However,due to the fact that management,institutions and laws fail to follow up in time,there are many negative events that have detrimental to the public interest.It is not only the focus of scholars' attention,but also a theoretical topic to improve the healthy development of the public welfare crowdfunding in our country.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to provide legal supervision system guarantee for public welfare crowdfunding interest in China through research.This article is based on "the research on the construction of public welfare crowdfunding interest legal supervision mechanism in China",and tries to use the theories of social management theory,social system and information asymmetry,and quantitative investigation,qualitative investigation,literature analysis and other methods to explore the construction of public welfare crowdfunding interest legal supervision mechanism.On the basis of quantitative and qualitative investigation to the related groups,this article,starting with the present situation of the existing legal supervision mechanism of public welfare crowdfunding in our country,finds out many problems in the existing legal supervision mechanism of public welfare crowdfunding in our country: easy for the public to raise public funds,the disputes of donation are difficult to be qualitative,the information review is not transparent,the fund management is not standardized,and the regulatory body is not clear.On the basis of the in-depth analysis of the existing problems of public welfare crowdfunding raising legal supervision mechanism in our country,the atricle puts forward the macro thinking of building the public welfare crowdfunding to raise the legal supervision mechanism.This article,focusing on the four important subjects involved in public welfare crowdfunding : promoters,donors,platforms and regulatory departments,puts forward the macro ideas for the construction of legal supervision mechanism: clarify the rights and responsibilities of the promoters,to guarantee the rights of the donors to withdraw and supervise,to strengthen the legal supervision of public welfare crowdfunding platform,and to improve the operation of the public welfare crowdfunding related laws,in order to provide solutions for the existing problems of public welfare crowdfunding interest in the legal supervision mechanism,and promote the better development of public welfare undertakings.Few scholars have systematically studied the legal supervision mechanism of public welfare crowdfunding in our country.This article makes a research on the theory of social system and the theory of information asymmetry,which enriches the research results of public public interest.
