During the War of Resistance Against Japan period,the formation and development of the people's livelihood thought of the Chinese Communist Party were gradually mature and had important historical status,which provided an important theoretical and practical basis for the Communist Party to improve people's livelihood in the new period.The full text consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the problem proposed,the purpose and significance of the study,the relevant research status in China and in the abroad,research methods and research innovation.The second part mainly discusses the theoretical and practical basis of the formation and development of the people's livelihood thought during the Resistance Against Japan period.The theoretical basis is Marx's theory about people's livelihood,the people-oriented thought of ancient China and the people's livelihood of Sun Zhongshan.The practical basis is the Lessons Learned from the Construction of the People 's Livelihood in the Great and Agrarian Revolution.The third part mainly elaborates the main viewpoint and the realization channel of the Chinese people's livelihood thought during during the Resistance Against Japan period.The main viewpoint includes three aspects,solving the people's livelihood problem,fully playing the important role of the people,taking into account the overall interests of different groups.The realization channels of the Chinese people's livelihood thought mainly include implementing the burden reduction policy,developing the border economic economy,undertaking the education,medical and health,constructing the social security system.The fourth part explores the important historical position of the ideology of the Chinese Communist Party from the perspective of historical status and contemporary value,and the important value of the Chinese people's livelihood thought.
