Research On The Subject Of Price Hearing In China

Price hearing individuals in result-making are of great significance to promote scientific and democratic decision-making.But the individuals are conflict between each other,this kind of contradiction and conflict gradually become bound and hinder the development of price hearing system.Firstly,this thesis defines some basic concepts of price hearing system itself and the price hearing of our country,in order to clarify the boundaries between different subjects;Secondly,the thesis analyzes the individual's limitations and reasons when they participate in the price hearing.Then the author summarized the unequal status of individuals and problems lies in the Pricing system and legislative levels which lead to the individuals did not fully performed it's value;Again with the problem of the efficiency of the diligently study abroad in the relevant aspects.Then,this part draw lessons mainly from foreign field.The author discusses America's the organizer of price hearing and administrative judge model;observe Japan's the deliberative assembly mode and study the UK's written consultation system;Finally,drawing the useful experience from foreign field,the author aims to put forward the solutions to the problem which existing in the present stage of price hearing of our country.
