For a long time,the repeated identification in criminal proceedings is a prominent issue in the judicial practice,although some experts and scholars have long been concerned about and do in-depth study of the judicial system is gradually improving,but this problem is still not resolved.The existence of repeated identification is not conducive to the identification of the facts of the case,leading to delays in litigation,increased litigation costs,increased the burden on the parties,and damaged the authority of the judiciary,thus solving the problem is imminent.To solve the problem is the premise of repeated identification analysis of the causes,reasons for the existence of this problem is to start the identification program of the main and do not belong to each other,causing repeated identification;identification process is closed,the parties have no right to participate,resulting in much doubt the identification of identification;Institutions lack of unified management,identification agency position is not neutral,resulting in multiple identification opinions are not the same.To solve the problem of repeated identification should be standardized to start the main body,to avoid the different stages of litigation are identified and repeated identification of the phenomenon;open identification process,to strengthen the parties to participate in the right to enhance the credibility of the identification;unified management accreditation agencies to ensure that the identification agency position neutral,eliminate caused by repeated identification because of interest.Through the regulation of repeated identification problems,maintenance of judicial authority,to achieve procedural justice.
