The subject of this article is the research of the introducing bribe crime cognizance difficulty. Comparing with the bribery crime,listing the judicial precedent, summing up the difficult points of the procuratorate and the court on introducing bribe crime and bribery, which lead to accusative definition of the behavior of the introduction bribe crime.This article second part of the study of the theoretical circle in our country,introduced about controversial viewpoint of bribery to be saved or be wasted,summarizing main point of reservation and the abolition.
