Social Assistance Research On Minors In Custody Violations

Guardian acts against minors,it is a legal term of the current academic emerging also called monitoring violations,for which the research is rare.Social relief is different from social rescue which is the other legal term of this article,relief is a right,and social rescue can be defined as members of the community suffered because of the laws and regulations of natural disasters,accidents and when the case or other special reasons personal physiological,psychological,leading into a crisis of survival and cannot maintain their minimum living standards,by the state and society to give some material or financial support in accordance with legal procedures and standards to make it basic living guarantee social security system.Therefore,this article is limited to social relief rather than social rescue for the research of monitoring violation about minors.There are three parts in this article.The first part introduces the two basic concepts which are guardianship abuses and social relief.On the one hand,the concept of monitoring violations,components,performance number of start,clear violations of the true meaning of guardianship;on the other hand,through social relief,public relief,comparative study of private relief,to clarify the concept of social relief body and character.The second part is to demonstrate the monitoring violations of social relief about minors legal background.From the legal paternalism and human rights perspective,it builds the theoretical basis of the architecture from the monitoring violations of social relief.The third part analyses the behaviour of a guardianship against application of the principle of social relief about minor,the conditions and conflicts may encounter.Resolve conflict monitoring violations of social relief about minors based on detailed analysis of the care and commitment of the victim.
