Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has put forward the concept of the Chinese dream,which contains the goal of "two hundred years".The first "hundred years goal"-fully built a well-off society,emphasizing the "focus" is "comprehensive".This "comprehensive" is not just political,economic,cultural,social,ecological content of the comprehensive,but also covers the number of people and geographical comprehensive.Comprehensive and well-off "foothold" is the reform and development achievements to benefit the whole people,so that all people in the development of productive forces at the same time be more comprehensive development,so that each individual to achieve with the "Chinese dream" linked to the dream,"Happiness" "get a sense",and thus more consciously engaged in socialist modernization.This is both the essential requirement of socialism and the proper meaning of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The goal of building a well-off society by 2020 is an important milestone in the primary stage of socialism,with the ultimate goal of the party-the realization of communism and the inherent connection.And the promotion of human development,is this "internal link" in the important aspects of content.That is to say,to promote the comprehensive development of people and fully build a well-off society is inseparable.Social development is a prerequisite for the development of man himself,and social development has promoted the further development of human beings.Human development is the fundamental way and the ultimate goal of social development.The dialectical and unified relationship between the two determines the relationship between the comprehensive development of the people and the well-off society.The relationship between the comprehensive development and the well-off society is mutually reinforcing and dialectical.It is pointless to leave the promotion of human development and to build a well-off society in an all-round way.In the practice of building a well-off society in an all-round way,first of all,people are not only the mainstay of social development,but also the practitioners of the whole process of building a well-off society.On the other hand,promoting human development is the proper meaning of building a well-Essential requirements.Since the comprehensive development of man is the ultimate realization of communist society,even the advanced stage of socialism can not be achieved(in the practice of building a well-offsociety in a comprehensive manner,the comprehensive development of human beings can only be a comprehensive development of human beings.,Not the full development of Marxism in the full sense of the people),therefore,fully build a well-off society to people more comprehensive development as an important goal,focusing on "promoting" the comprehensive development of people.In our country,building a well-off society in an all-round way is a necessary stage in the process of realizing the comprehensive development of Marxism.At this stage,China's political,economic,social,cultural,ecological and other areas of reform and development will be further advanced,so as to lay a more solid foundation for human development.The purpose of this paper is to encourage people to build a well-off society in an all-round way of the goal and the understanding of the connotation of the more comprehensive,profound,to build a well-off society in an all-round way of the practice of history requires more alert,consciously.
