On The Custody Of Left-behind Children In Rural Areas Of China

China is facing the rural left-behind children care,this is a major problem,these problems have become the major obstacles of rural left-behind children rights protection,the key to solve these problems is to improve the implementation of the legal system of custody of children left behind in rural china.This paper includes five parts: the first part is the overview of custody of children left behind in rural China,mainly clear at the present stage of China's rural meaning and legislative status of children;the second part is the present situation of custody of children left behind in rural China,expounds the existing guardianship system in our country at present rural left-behind children and care problems;the third part is the legal reasons;lack of care of children left behind in rural China,the guardianship system content and monitoring the legislative aspects of current guardianship system defects of left behind child custody issues in rural areas;the fourth part is the legal responsibility of guardianship guardianship system in main children left behind in rural China,expounds the legal responsibility left-behind children guardianship system whether it takes the issue from the legal guardian,guardian government and school four aspects;the fifth part is to improve guardianship system of China's rural left behind children,improve the minors(left behind children)of the statutory guardianship system,standardize the custody of children left custody system,the establishment of left behind children national guardianship system.
