Thoughts On The Changes Of Women's Property Rights And The Legal Protection In The Marriage And Family Of The Yi Nationality

Yi is a cross-millennial nation,it is directly from the slave society to socialism,but in the course of historical development,Yi women not only in the social status of low,in the property rights and interests are not effective protection.Although the social change of different periods has certain influence on the social life of the Yi people and the social status and property rights of the women,the property rights of the Yi women are still infringed in the social life of the Yi people in Liangshan.Such as the right of inheritance of pre-marital women at home,the domination of property at home and the division of property of women at the time of divorce,etc.The infringement of Yi women's property rights will affect both the socio-economic and cultural aspects of Liangshan Yi region Development,but also hinder the overall level of the country to improve.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the property rights and interests of women in Liangshan Yi area.In order to effectively protect the rights and interests of women in Yi women,this paper has made a reflection on the situation and problems of property rights and interests of Yi women in different periods and put forward corresponding measures to absorb the reasonable contents of Yi customary law into national law,National law is better coordinated and complementary.The protection of women's property rights in the marriage and family of Yi people not only explores and combs the rights and interests of Yi women's women,but also calls for more attention to the development of Yi women.
