Social Organization's Participation In The Path Of Community Governance

With the development of economic society,the original single administrative management mode gradually transfers to diversified social governance mode.The community social organizations are becoming an important subject in participating of community governance.We should give full play to the role of social organizations in social governance,to realize the transform of social governance from a single government mode to a diverse government.Government management,social organization and resident organization constitute the diverse government.This pluralistic social governance model is conducive to the formation of an active social atmosphere and democratic atmosphere in the whole society.It can address the long-standing lack of dynamism in community reform.This diverse mode of governance is more scientific than the government’s individual governance or full autonomy.Because the government’s separate governance leads to a lazy reliance on people,the problem will only blame the government for its failings.Complete self-government is prone to the serious consequences of the mob.In the current social development,the capacity and quality of the residents are not sufficient for the problems of community governance.The combination of resident organization and government governance is conducive to increasing the likelihood of community governance.It also enhances the capacity and sense of responsibility of the residents and enhances the construction of citizenship.This study adopts the qualitative case study,through the selection of two communities’ research,summed up the social management and social governance perspectives respectively under the working train of the thought of the of participation social regime in community governance,path selection,analyzes its operation logic,governance effect.After we do research on the two communities,this study found that residents committees and the nature of the specific practice of community governance effect has played a decisive role.Residents lack democratic decision-making andparticipation,and the commission has become the authority in community governance.The self-government that we advocate encourages residents to participate in community governance,not just by obeying authority,on the premise of independent democracy.The harmonious atmosphere of community governance constructs only if the vast majority of residents participate in community governance of their own vital interests.Only by establishing a “support and participate” community participation platform can we improve the consciousness of democratic consciousness and responsibility consciousness.
