| Along with the draft revision of secondary review time determined,according to the direction of the reform of system of registered securities issuance auditing system reform progress and move forward,To provide registration system reform with a more fair and open trading environment in the securities market,securities market regulation system needs the government supervision,self-discipline supervision,judicial supervision of different types of regulation,constantly enrich and improve the regulatory force so as to have the effect of purification market.In this paper,we make the government securities market regulation as the research object,by using the method of comparative study and analyze the object,the following research on the core was carried out: First of all,study the characteristics and necessity of government regulation.The author basically definite the content of the government regulation theory,and then compare it with other types of regulation,and concluded the characteristics and the necessity of government regulation.Second,explore the current situation and deficiencies of the government regulation in our stock market.Namely,from the current securities issue authorization,securities market continuous regulation and the boundaries of government regulation and self-discipline supervision three aspects in this paper,the problems of government regulation and the insufficiency.Third,the comparative study on the United States and Japan and other countries?regions? securities market regulation system in China.Summing up experience,and the continued improvement of the system of securities regulation in our country brings revelation.Fourth,Suggestions are put forward.Through the above research,the author puts forward the government regulation system of securities market in China refactoring should cover the macro regulation of ideas and specific regulatory system two aspects,in this way we can finish the reform goal step by step. |
