The socialist core values is the civilization essence of the socialist theoretical system with Chinese characteristics,it made from traditional culture and contemporary civilization,at the same time it is endowed with the historical mission of promoting the moral accomplishment of citizens in the daily life.When the knower does,the traveler knows it.To make the socialist core values implicit in the subtle life,we need to rely on the construction of public cultural service system,that is,through the way of strengthening the "soul" and "body",we should strengthen the realization of the socialist core values.The "soul" of socialist culture is the core value of socialism,and the "body" of life is the carrier of public cultural service,taking the public cultural service system as the way,the feasibility of the socialist core values of life is conducive to the understanding and vivid expression.In this paper,we conducted a field survey in Guizhou Province,Hubei Province,Shanxi Province,Jiangsu province and Henan province,including workers,farmers,students,cadres and other social classes of information collection,with the use of a variety of econometric models,from the system of public cultural services the cultural knowledge,cultural communication,cultural entertainment and cultural heritage of the four aspects of quantitative analysis,according to the research results of qualitative analysis,obtained the overall characteristics of the socialist core values are:socialist core values have a positive effect on the spread of the daily life of the people's mental state,the system of public cultural services attention by the local system greatly affected,while socialist core values and the system of public cultural services in Guizhou province with positive correlation,but there is a case.The socialist core values of life issues is the concrete manifestation of cultural knowledge is not enough,cultural spread is uneven,cultural entertainment dull and dry;,as well as cultural heritage is difficult to implement.On the basis of the analysis of the problems,the main reason lies in there are more or less unequal distribution of educational resources in public cultural service system in different regions,the disorder of the network culture,the vulgarization of cultural consumption,theimperfect mechanism system and so on the development bottleneck.But the real development of socialist core values still depends on basic education,the key is to attach importance to cultural communication and cultural entertainment,the focus is to carry forward the national spirit,only in this way can we lead the thought with the socialist core values.Therefore,as a far-reaching transmission path,the public cultural service system needs to do the following: the first is to strengthen the public cultural input in order to deepen the cognition of values;second is to provide a variety of ways to promote cultural communication,promote the internalization of values;last is to improve the system of public cultural services mechanism to protect the value of life.
