On The Legal Status Of Children Born Out Of Wedlock

With the rapid developm ent of economy,people's ideas also change about things.Especially not married children are becoming more common,the phenomena of people also changed for examination concept,thus the legal status of illegitimate children and their legal protection as authorities in legislation is a very important problem.Nowadays most countries in the rights and interests of children as the center of gravity,with practical and effective method to protect th e rights of illeg itimate children.This s tudy based on the definition of illegitimate children and the ch anges of the legal sta tus,the current situation of the lega l protection of illegitim ate children of our country is analyzed,in order to further perfect our unmarried children in rapid changes in today's rapid economic development,and concepts of legal protection.For the purpose of this study,written mainly from the following four aspects: first is the definition of basic concepts,includi ng outside wedlock definition,the changes of the legal status of born out of wedlock,the changes of the legal status of our country born out of wedlock and the decision of our country born out of wedlock parent-child relationship;The second is the analysis about the present situation of legal protection of our country born out of wedlock,respectivel y from the born out of wedlock legislation present situation,the judicial status quo of legal protection and institutional deficiencies in detail;Then aim ed at the p resent stage our country born out of wedlock legal protection on the basis of the status quo of perfect our country born out of wedlock legal protections,such as establish clear protection legislation principle,law system perfect,the perfection of legal language,and the improvement of the concrete system design,etc.Finally,the conclusions of this study are gi ven.In order to realize the fairness and justice of Chinese socialism effectively and effectively,we should speed up the protection of the rights and inte rests of our children and im prove the rule of law in our country.At the sam e time,this research can help other related non-m arriage students and their children to study,and then accel erate the p rogress of the research on parent-child research in China.
