Japan has always regarded Turkey as the main Pro-Japanese country in the world.According to the survey of the Turkey media,Japan has also been Turkey's favorite country.Japan and Turkey are located in the East and West ends of Asia,Geography and geopolitics are far apart,the sense of closeness to each other is largely determined by the development of bilateral relations.In the course of the development of the relationship,Twentieth Century 20s and 30s played a key role in connecting,it's a summary of the development of the relationship between the two countries before World War ?,but also for the development of bilateral relations after World War ? laid the legal and practical basis.This paper is divided into four parts to discuss the relationship between Japan and Turkey in twentieth Century 20s and 30s,based on the data from the Japanese side.The first part is a review of the relationship between Japan and Turkey before World War I,the development of the relations of this period is divided into three stages:The contact stage of early Meiji,Starting with the image of Turkey in Japanese Literature;The starte stage developed around the events of the Ayrutauru and the Civil diplomacy development stage centered on Yamada Torajiro.The second part is the narrative of the development of the Japanese-Turkish relations in the 1920s and 1930s.The first is to discuss the domestic situation of Japan and Turkey after the World War ?,which leads to the background of the development of bilateral relations.Secondly,From the three aspects of establishment of diplomatic relations after the Lausanne Conference,Inahata Katsutaro and the establishment of Japanese-Turkey trade association,Near East Trade Conference convene,to discuss the rapid development of bilateral relations during this period;Then we also discuss the more special phenomena that is the formation and development of the Japanese Tartars community in the development of Japanese-Turkish relations during this period.Finally,the changes in the international situation in the late 1930s and the consequent changes in the relationship between Japan and Tuekey are discussed.The third part mainly summarizes and summarizes the characteristics and effects of the development of the Japanese-Turkish relations in the 1920s and 1930s.The fourth part is mainly to study and discuss the diplomatic culture of Japan and Turkey,from the diplomatic culture to seek the reasons for the sense of closeness in Japan and Turkey and provide experience and lessons for our diplomacy.
