Food is the material basis for human survival.Food safety concerns the health of the public,economic development,and social stability.Therefore,food safety has always been a public issue that is highly valued and concerned by governments at home and abroad.In recent years,the occurrence of series of food safety incidents such as melamine,clenbuterol,and plasticizers indicates that the food safety issue in China is still severe.There are still many problems in China’s food regulatory work.The disclosure of food safety information is still not effective.good.The failure of government supervision,market failure,and failure of social organizations have caused us to reflect on how to ensure food security in our country and how to make people feel safe and understandable.The establishment of a food safety information traceability system emerged in this context.With the advent of the mobile Internet era,smart cities with smart government as the core are building their way,and new generation information technologies such as big data,blockchain,cloud computing,and the Internet of Things are widely used in government governance.Governance of public affairs provides new tools and tools.Against this background,in view of the issue of China’s food safety governance,it is imperative to adopt a safe,credible,and transparent food safety traceability system to strengthen the supervision and efficiency of the food industry chain,improve food safety,and protect the health of the national diet.The food traceability system is mainly confronted with such problems as nonstandard information collection,insecure data storage,vulnerability of the central system and privacy of the information exchange process among enterprises.Blockchain technology has the characteristics of distributed fault-tolerance,irreversibility,and privacy protection,and can be targeted to solve problems faced in current food traceability systems.This article attempts to explore how to apply blockchain technology to food safety information traceability.It is hoped that the issue of food safety in China can be effectively solved and the security of the tongue of the people can be effectively guaranteed.In this paper,based on the real needs of blockchain technology applied to the traceability system of food safety information,it analyzes its characteristics and the feasibility of its role in the food safety information traceability system,and analyzes the current reality of blockchain technology in real life.Applications,summed up their advantages and disadvantages.Explore how to improve the blockchain technology to introduce the food safety information traceability system,so as to improve the regulatory efficiency and the openness and transparency of food safety information in China’s administrative agencies,and effectively protect consumers’ to know...
