Research On The Legal System Of Trustee Trustee

The convening of the Nineteenth National Congress in China proposed the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and achieving real poverty alleviation.In addition to relying on state financial support,the realization of this goal should also rely on the power of charity.Charitable trusts,as a clear flow of the development of philanthropy,carry the good wishes and pursuits of humanity.The "People's Republic of China Charity Law" and "Charitable Trust Management Measures" and other laws and regulations have been successively introduced,which has improved China's charitable trust system to a certain extent and is conducive to promoting the development of charitable trusts in China.This study analyzes the historical evolution of charitable trusts and related concepts,clarifying the qualifications,rights,and obligations of trustees of charitable trusts,clarifying the important position of trustees in the legal relationship of charitable trusts,and analyzing them from the perspective of legislation and practice.The status quo and insufficiency of trustee system of charitable trusts were put forward.According to the legislative deficiencies of trustees of charitable trusts,suggestions for improvement were put forward in order to make some academic contributions to perfecting the legal system of charitable trusts in China.
