Exploring The Modernization Path Of China's Local Government Governance Capacity

Today,the most profound changes in the administrative ecological environment facing developing countries in the world are mainly reflected in the globalization of economic life,the democratization of political life,and the modernization of the mode of governance.It is such a profound change of administrative ecology that puts forward new requirements and challenges to the governmentundefineds ability and mode of governance.At the same time,the third Plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee creatively put forward the new proposition of "promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity." As an important component of the state power,the local government will have a profound impact on the state governance system and the progress of the modernization of governance ability.In view of this,the research and discussion on the modernization of local governmentundefineds governance capacity is not only an urgent need to solve the local reality problems,but also a positive response to the overall strategic goal of the country,and it is also a positive response to the construction of an efficient government and the rule of law government.Clean government has important theoretical and practical significance.The research theme of the whole thesis is to explore the way of modernization of Chinese local government governance ability under the influence of the change of administrative ecological environment.First of all,at the beginning of the paper,the basic domain is explained in detail,the modernization is regarded as the premise of the analysis,and the core concepts of governance,local government governance ability and its modernization are defined.And the local government governance capacity modernization characterization has carried on the rational elaboration.Based on this,this paper describes and analyzes the necessary state and value meaning of the modernization of local governmentundefineds governance ability in our country.Secondly,from the perspective of logical premise,this paper makes a full rational interpretation of the realistic requirements and theoretical compliance of the modernization of local government governance ability in China,which is manifested in two aspects: ecological mirror image and theoretical basis.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the motive force of the modernization of local governmentundefineds governance ability from the five dimensions of economy,politics,culture,society and ecology,and analyzes deeply the resistance and the root of resistance at the same time.Finally,combining with the current reality of local government governance in China,this paper takes the "five as one" as the theoretical basis and perspective,and designs the concrete way to realize the modernization of local government governance in China,that is,to realize the economy,politics,culture,and so on.Social,ecological five aspects of governance capacity modernization.
