Research On The Modernization Of Local Government's Governance Ability

Local government often represents a country's regime system,in fact,the basic part of China's regime system.For our country,the governance ability of local government will directly have an important impact on our country's economic and social development.In order to better face the social problems faced by our country and the challenges of the transition period,we need to improve the efficiency of local government as far as possible,and at the same time,we need to strengthen the effective construction of local government modernization as soon as possible.In the vast majority of cases,the modernization of local government governance capacity mainly refers to the local government under the guidance of theory,combined with the actual situation,and ultimately achieve the goal of joint governance.In the research process of this paper,some core concepts such as local government,governance and governance modernization are introduced in detail,so as to have a clear understanding of the fundamental modernization of local government governance.Secondly,it makes a detailed analysis of the existing problems in the background of the modernization of governance capacity.Secondly,aiming at the existing problems,the corresponding solutions are put forward.Finally,it summarizes the full text,and looks forward to the modernization of local government governance capacity in China in the future.In the research process of this paper,the shortcomings of local government governance ability in China are pointed out,mainly in the following four aspects: lack of governance ability according to law,lack of crisis prevention and control ability,lack of responsibility control ability and lack of cooperation and co-governance ability.At the same time,focusing on the analysis of the causes of these problems,there are three main reasons for the inefficiency of the local government's collation ability in China,namely,the influence of traditional governance concepts,the influence of institutional factors and the influence of governance behavior.At the end of the paper,according to the standard of modernization of governance capacity,the path and specific direction to solve the existing shortcomings are put forward accurately.Keeping close to the central goal has laid a good foundation for the rule of law and democratization of our country.
