Research On Copyright Protection From Media Works

The Internet has often caught up with the law.In just a few years,the we-media has changed from humble community BBS and blog space to today's micro blog,WeChat,knowledge,and express,etc.Everyone can be the consumer of the we-media information,the disseminator of the media works and the creator.Nowadays,we-media works have occupied an important position in the cultural life of the whole people,and we should actively study how to protect the copyright of these works.The main body of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of the copyright of we-media works.This paper discusses the concept and characteristics of we-media works and their copyright.In the second part,the author analyzes the current legislative status of the copyright of we-media works outside the region and in China,and mainly introduces the relevant laws and regulations of the European Union,France,Britain and the United States.The domestic part mainly analyzes the copyright law,relevant judicial interpretation and administrative regulations.The third part,put forward the our country since the we-media works copyright protection is facing several major problems,mainly from the infringement phenomenon in we-media work,since the operation of the we-media in the we-media platform works copyright protection question,and difficulty in the actual rights.In the fourth part,some suggestions are put forward to improve the copyright protection.These suggestions are divided into three aspects: improving the reproduction protection of wemedia works,perfecting the supervision of the we-media platform and perfecting the way of safeguarding rights.
