On The Object Of Property Crime

The rapid development of economy and the great progress of science and technology have brought about many new kinds of property crimes,which have posed great challenges to the traditional property criminals.However,in the course of the revision of the criminal law,the change of the property crime part is not significant,so that the judicial practice can not be properly dealt with in many cases.Hysteresis of the criminal legislation in our country and the present situation of the relevant provisions in the current criminal law is not very clear,using inductive reasoning,deductive reasoning,literature survey method,and the methods of comparative research on the concept,characteristics of property crime object,violate the law of property,several object of property crime problems are studied,this paper concludes that the concept of property and extension,and "existence" as defined standards will property crime,the object of type classification by the issues raised by the property ownership theory,of property crimes to protect the legal interests in addition to the ownership,but should also include other lawful property.Finally,contact the above property crime object concept,characteristics and legal interests to practice more hot spots of the ious property interests of creditor's rights certificate such as theft,robbery,fraud of network virtual property,theft behavior such as real estate analysis,further modification and perfect the theory of property crime object,so as to better protect the interests of the state and citizens of property,to the socialist market economy construction to create a good environment for development.
