Mathematical proof as an important part of mathematics curriculum, to the person's logical thinking ability is of vital significance. With the deepening of the curriculum reform, considering the development rule of the understanding of the junior middle school students, students should fully master the mathematical proof and flexible use of knowledge. There are some obstacles. Therefore, to explore the junior middle school students in learning mathematical proof of what exactly obstacles exists, this paper analyzes the reason of the obstacles and puts forward some effective teaching strategies.This paper affiliated high school grade 2 students in QuFu Normal University high school as the object. Through the questionnaire survey to understand the psychological status of junior high school students in learning mathematical proof, and through the test errors in the survey and the interview find answers questions and preliminary analysis of the state of students in mathematical proof, what are the problems, difficulties and their causes, and put forward practical and effective for obstacles and reasons of the countermeasures.Through the analysis of the results of the survey, I found that mathematical proof learning disabilities in the junior middle school students include cognitive impairment, mental disorder and operating obstacle. Cognitive impairment is that learners in the process of cognition, understanding, memory, thinking, under the influence of factors such as barriers in learning mathematics. Mental disorder refers to learners in using the knowledge of the known as medium to solve new problems encountered in the process of problem. Operating obstacle refers to students in learning mathematical proof exist all sorts of errors and difficulties, geometry empiricism, not draw the topic and make full use of graphics and so on. Investigate its reason, because of students understanding superficial, lazy and inadequate memory, the thinking ability of students, students produce cognitive impairment; because of students' learning, students learn mathematics weak will prove the motivation is not pure, students learn mathematics prove that attitude is not correct, students produce mental disorder; Operation obstacles of the reason is that students of the language of proof are not familiar with improper, students' learning methods, partly due to the influence of the "empirical" geometry.
