A nation will prosper only when its young people thrive.The young generation has an ideal and an ability,and the country has a future and our nation has hope.Ideological and political course,which is the required course to educate systematically the middle school students the citizen moral qualities and the Marxist common sense,is the major methods of the moral work in middle school and the main front to proceed the ideological political education to the middle students.It helps the students to establish the concept political direction,the science world outlook,the outlook on life,and the worth view and to form good moral qualities.The writer uses the questionnaires to investigate the problem of learning disabilities in politics and discovers that it is very common that the Ideological political course palls on middle school students and it has become the important reason to affect the political teaching quantity in senior middle school and to improve the moral quality.Therefore,combing teaching practice with myself,with the investigation,interviewing methods and analysis combined with questionnaire,mainly states the reasons for the high school political teacher’s ideological and political difficulties in the high school political teachers’ dimension.In the end,put forward the concrete improvement strategy from the reality of the ideological and political difficulties in high school: One is the improvement strategy from the teacher’s personal level,such as improving teachers’ virtue,strengthening classroom management,careful monitoring of the implementation,enhancing personal charm and etc.The second is the improvement strategy from the teacher’s team,such as the coordination and optimization of the political preparation group and the practical and efficient teaching and research group.The third is the improvement strategy of other important aspects.For example,we should optimize school and class management,change the backward educational concept of parents,optimize teaching materials and treat peer influence rationally.It is not only of great practical significance to improve the quality of political teaching in high school,but also to improve the ideological and moral quality of young people and to cultivate the young people who have an idea and an ability.
