College Students' Socialist Core Values ??Education From The Perspective Of Cultural Security

Since the Eighteenth Party's Congress proposed that the socialist core values, has become a concentrated expression of the dominant ideology. And our ideological security, national cultural security, network and information security are the main contents of the culture safety, in which ideological security is the core. Socialist core values is not only the values advocated by our country, but also the values that citizen must follow is required by society, CPC Central Committee called for to carry out the education of socialist core values in the whole society, its real purpose is to safeguard national cultural security. The current student groups as a pillar of our country, how they treat the attitude of the socialist core values, it is directly related to the development of the country's future and the forward direction of society, how do they treat the attitude of cultural security, direct impact on the future of China's ability to respond to crises. Therefore, from the perspective of maintaining the safety culture to carry out the socialist core values is required by society education for college students, make this kind of education get an implemented in practice.This article mainly uses the Marxist humanism and cultural security theory as the guide theory to do a research, which socialist core values education for college students under the perspective of cultural security. This paper has five parts. The first part is an introduction. The second part mainly elaborates what is the cultural security, the socialist core values education for college students and their relationship, which is to answer a question about "what is it". Firstly, through studying the origin of the cultural security's concept and the predecessors' view, to understanding features and contained contents, clarify the connotation of the cultural security. Secondly, by analyzing common points of between the socialist core values and the cultural security, determine the cultural security's contents that include the ideological security, the national cultural security, the network information safety as the judgment standard of cultural safe or not. Finally, exploring the relationship between the cultural security and the socialist core values education for college students. The third part discusses the socialist core values education for college students under the perspective of cultural security's status, problems and the cause analysis, which is to answers the question about "why does it". Starting from the judgment standard of cultural safe or not, get four major problems:The educational purpose for enhance the awareness of cultural security need to be highlighted, the educational form for deepen understanding of cultural security need to be rich, the educational content targeted for improve cognition of cultural security need to be strengthened, the educational effect for maintenance of cultural security need to be idealized. get four main factors:the educational subject are lack of cultural security's perspective, the educational object recognition is not enough, education environmental damage to threatening the cultural security. The fourth part discusses the countermeasures of the socialist core values education for college students under the perspective of cultural security, answers the question about "how to do it". First will be good for ideological security, benefit for national culture security, and network information security, which the three cultural security standards as educational principle, then proposing the path:strengthen macro guidance for education and enhance the consciousness of cultural security maintenance, create a good atmosphere for education and deepen the cognition of cultural security maintenance, pays special attention to implement the work of education and improve the effect of cultural security maintenance.The fifth part is the conclusion.
