The string of question is the interrelated question(3-6) from shallow to deep,from simple to complex that the teacher designed which under a certain theoretical guidance and according to students' learning situation and materials structural,and which aimed to help students to acquire certain knowledge in question settlement program,as while as training the level of thinking of students.With most of today's front line biology teacher having the awareness of the question of string teaching,the awareness of teaching string among novice teachers is not enough,there are still a lot questions in the practice of string teaching process.In order to increase the awareness of the importance of string teaching in the development of functional thinking among theorists teachers and front line teachers,and promote understanding,enhance the cognitive and operational capability of string teaching,this article make the research on string teaching of questions.This study combined the literature analysis,case analysis and observation analysis,and findings used teachers-student comprehensive evaluation method.This article utilize the literature analysis to collect relevant literature,analyze its value and shortcomings to find a breakthrough point;this article also use case analysis in a variety of ways to collect 90 teaching cases for statistical analysis,and choose three typical cases in questions-string teaching to analyze in detail,based on this model as the basis Organisms class,this article also designed different types of questions-string teaching cases.And the teaching cases have been showed to 30 teachers and 50 students,and have obtained the agreement of them.They believe that the designed issues can arouse students' interest in learning,as while as improving the level of thinking.The innovation of this study is based on a variety of class-based research,design different types of questions-strings,and design thinking-string in the perspective of the development of thinking.
