In our country the to test background environment, in the reform of Chinese curriculum standard of high school, seeking a can adapt to the requirements of the times and social development, and can be suitable for middle school students physical and psychological development direction, which conforms to the rules of language teaching,but also allow teachers to understand their teaching, how to teach. And the students some what and how to learn, how to teach and learn the elements as the overall development of effective teaching.This study is based on the above, under the guidance of tutor, through theoretical study and analysis of literature research, questionnaire survey and work collection, research literature teaching paradigm of Kuhn scientific paradigm theory, in the teaching practice in the form of law school, is to guide students to observe life, experience life, reading books, think about life and experience, and through the teaching of reading and writing teaching, to stimulate students’ interest in learning Chinese and keep learning Chinese, so as to adapt to the development of modern social and cultural needs, but also can broaden the teaching content and methods, various skills training for students in Chinese learning, for to further improve the students learning achievement and lay a foundation of theory and practice.This thesis consists of six chapters.
