Introduced three technological change and constantly enrich the theory of basketball competition tactics of the system, the integrated use of further enlarging the area of the attack range, make its have the intense basketball game atmosphere become more competitive and view and admire a gender. Therefore,3-point shooting technology has become the modern basketball game, one of the most main means of attack score and the CBA league teams started to gradually to 3-point shooting technology as an important offensive scoring team in the basketball match, and also in the game has achieved fairly good results of the competition.This article mainly use the literature material law, video observation, mathematical statistics method, expert interview and logical analysis, comparison analysis research methods, such as the 2014-2015 season CBA finals in Beijing and liaoning three-point shots in six games related data statistics and comparison analysis. The results showed that:in the 2014-2015 season CBA finals in Beijing three efficiency is superior to liaoning. Perimeter players' physical fitness, psychological quality is an important factor affecting the quality of three points outside attack. The team's skill and tactics are the important factors that affect free-throw offensive.(2)The main factors influencing the finals 3-pointers attack:the role of the star, the role of the pitcher, physical and psychological factors, skill, tacticsis the main factor affecting the free-throw offensive.In view of the above research results, proposed the following Suggestions:(1) The trainer to correct understanding of physical training theory, strengthen the players' physical training, improve the ability of the athletes' body against, and should pay attention to the reasonable distribution of the energy in the game.(2) To strengthen the team tactics coordination and cooperation ability, improve the squad is tie-in, rich attack tactics, thus improve the whole team offensive and defensive ability of technical characteristics.(3) According to every player's personal characteristics, design and plan out for the team's own free-throw offensive technique features, give full play to the team's 3-pointer in the rational use of offensive tactics.(4) 3-pointers technology must be based on scientific training in the re-understanding the basis, but also according to the actual circumstances of the players targeted, individual differences in psychological quality training, training athlete's good psychological quality and mentality, in order to improve helped free-throw shooting.(5) To fully tactics for the three coordinate training and utilization, improve free-throw shooting technology and the use of personal technology, maintain a good state of mind in the game, the ability of coordination and cooperation, give full play to the team tactics in order to improve the whole team offensive and defensive ability. |
