This article uses the literature material, video recording method, mathematical statistics, logical reasoning to record and analyze the women’s singles four athletes in the BWF SuperSeries Masters Finals in the semifinals, finale, and tactics of study, and draws the following conclusion:On the characteristics of serving technical and tactical skills, four players mainly focus on baseline ball in No.6 area and forecourt low serve in No.5 area.Regarding to the return of service technique and tactic, these four players lay equal stress on controlling right or left midfield and side line for pressuring opponent’s backhand.Dealing with the drop on forecourt, Tai Tzu Ying has the most excellent skill while her technique with deception is the most changeful and could disrupt opponent’s rhythm. Meanwhile, Sung Ji Hyun prefers to lift for outspending his opposition and avoiding striking directly. Saina Nehwal has average techniques such as consistent and fast strike with straight routin. But his technique of push-ball is weak. Akane Yamaguchi is good at lift and push-ball but often misses net shot and cross-court with coarse touch.At midfield, four players all use driving and fencing straightly to receive smash and drop shot. Tai Tzu Ying has the best technique of driving while others’ are in balance when regarding to tackle. Sung Ji Hyun intercepts most in backfield and Yamaguchi often smashes in front court.To sum up, the feature of the technique and tactic of these four players is defense and fight back. The team excels at turning defence into attack.Based on speediness, technical styles are different in personality traits as what has been analyzed above.It is suggested that it should be star with the specific characteristics of each player, and ascend to winning rules of sport events to comprehend the technique and tactic of women’s singles. |
