Self-efficacy is a powerful force in human behavior. It plays a very important role in regulating behavior and controlling behavior. Self-efficacy can not only predict future action, but also has a direct influence on the motivation of the individual to perform the action of the future. Thus it becomes the inner cause of human behavior. Self-efficacy is developed in the process of personal growth.Adolescence is an important period of the formation of self-efficacy. During this period, the psychological cognition of adolescents is in a stage of development.There are differences in the physical and psychological learning of primary school students who learn sports, the effect of different levels of self-efficacy on the adolescents will also be different. High self-efficacy students, in the face of difficulties, think they have enough ability to face difficulties, and the positive completion of the challenge; while the students with low self-efficacy do not have sufficient self-confidence to face difficulties in the face of difficulties.And the students' sense of self-efficacy can be effectively cultivated and improved through physical exercise, and also it is beneficial to balance the physical and mental development of pupils.This study selects Cheng nan primary school`s students who learn badminton and basketball as the research objects. Through 12-week`s teaching experiment, we used the self-efficacy scale to test the students' self-efficacy before and after the experiment, and to understand the effect of different physical training methods on Pupils' self-efficacy.(1)The students' self-efficacy was improved in the basketball group and badminton group.(2)In basketball group, the adolescents' self-efficacy was significantly improved,while the self-efficacy of badminton group was not, and there were significant differences between this two groups.(3)The self-efficacy of badminton group did not reach a significant level, but the mean, mean difference, standard error of difference of badminton group had a certain degree of improvement than before the experiment.
