Research On The Cultivation Path Of College Students' Legal Awareness In Guizhou Province

The raise of "Four comprehensive" Strategic layout and the new requirements on strengthening and improving the propaganda work in various colleges and universities,have encouraged the formation of a new normal in the country,which combines both the development the normal ideological and political education and the comprehensively promotion of the constitution of the rule of the law.Based on the current reality of the plight of law and social development in the country,we have to focus our attention on educating the legal awareness of all citizens.University students are the "reserve army" and the "main force" to advance the social development and the law constitution in China.Therefore,the importance and significance of educating university students are self-evident.By observing the students' legal training practices,it is very obvious that there is difference between the training objects and the results.The key to solve this problem lies: firstly,how to take practical methods to implement the training;and secondly,how to adjust and constantly improve the methods on the basis of the existing training path.Therefore,this paper chooses “path” as the starting point and are provided with theoretical and practical value.This paper intended to provide the perspective of improving the training path by using ideological and political education methods in order to introduce new references for legal training practice.The targeted starting point and the unique perspective are the innovations of this paper.The paper starts from the theories of legal awareness training of university students.After having had the clear consciousness of the meaning of legal awareness,it sorts out the connection between the training path and the ideological and political education,which forms a theoretical basis for the following part.And then by using the data and specific examples,this paper inducts the legal awareness training path system,which consists of rule path,teaching path,practice path and penetration path,and summarizes the current situation of legal awareness training path system in universities in GuiZhou.The ideological and political education is an educators and educated participation and interaction process.Therefore,after having summarized current situation of the implementation of the training path,this paper also makes questionnaire that integrated with the current training path through "Star questionnaire" platform by random sampling method.Based on those two practical aspects,it finds out that there are three outstanding issues existing in the training path system.The external manifestations of these outstanding issues are five problems: thetraining path becomes rigid,the collaboration between different paths is not good,the interaction between the educator and the student is unbalanced,the use of networks tools is poor,and the planning of the teaching path is lost.The students' legal awareness training is a complex,long-term and systematic project,which determines that the causes of these problems in the implementation of the training path are multifaceted,multi-level and influence each other.The inherent unity of legal awareness training and ideological and political education determines that it is feasible and scientific to use ideological and political education as a guidance to improve the training path.This paper closely focus on the five problems in the implementation of the training path and flexibly uses the variety methods in ideological and political education to improve the training path.Firstly,this paper proposes to grasp the social new normal and to update the ideological foundation of the training path implementation,and then makes recommendations on improving the training path in four aspects,which are strengthening and coordinating the co-operation between the paths,enhancing two-way interaction,expanding and exploring the use of networks tools,and improving and optimizing the teaching path.Therefore,this paper is practically operational and has a certain reference value to the improvement of the legal awareness training path for all university students in GuiZhou province.
