Students’ Legal Quality Researching- With Some Universities In Hefei Region As An Example

Report of the Eighteenth Party Congress stressed:"we must adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the people as masters of the country, according to the laws as an organic unity, in order to ensure that the people are the masters as fundamental to enhancing the vitality of the Party and the country, mobilize the enthusiasm of the people as the goal, expand socialist democracy, accelerate the construction of a socialist country ruled by law, the development of socialist political civilization. "The scientific development concept elaborated, "We want to build a socialist harmonious society should be a democratic rule of law, justice, honesty amity, vitality, stability and order, man and nature live in harmony" In essence, a socialist harmonious society is a democratic society rule of law. Democracy and the rule of law and to promote the harmonious development of the market society a good run plays essential role in safeguarding. For the development of the rule of law has a corresponding impact on the quality of legal citizens. Legal awareness of citizens, for citizens to enhance legal literacy for building a socialist country of the rule of law has a very important significance.College students are the young force of Chinese characteristics socialism development. Improve the legal quality of students, for the promotion of the process of China’s socialist democracy and the rule of law plays a crucial impact. College Students understand the legal quality, targeted cultivation of college students to form a good legal quality, rule of law and the development and modernization of our society has a positive meaning.This paper will proceed to expand the connotation of quality legal analysis on the basis of empirical research on the legal quality of the current students, and to find a series of problems, on the basis of taking a step forward to enhance the quality of the legal analysis of the impact the reason, according to the current situation, proposed to improve the legal quality of students countermeasures. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part describes the concept of the legal quality of university students.
