In recent years, with the development of society and the importance of the state to special secondary vocational education, students with disabilities as a special social group, their learning environment has been improved, life is getting better and better. However,in the face of complicated economic and employment social environment, students with disabilities, especially blindness(visual impairment)in the study, life, work in the difficulties encountered more than ordinary people, there are a variety of psychological problems are more prominent. It is precisely because of these prominent psychological problems, resulting in blind development of the level of autonomy is generally low, increased autonomy has also been affected.Based on the literature review, this paper compiled a questionnaire on the interview outline of 15 P-Vocational and Technical Schools in Guangdong Province and the project analysis of 65 blindly predicted questionnaires. After the first questionnaire survey of 165 blind students, the mean and variance analysis confirmed that the average score of the overall self-level of the three grades was 63.109,which was at a low level of development.Which the lowest level of autonomy in the first grade, the third grade of the highest level of autonomy. There is also a difference in the level of autonomy of different vision disorders. For the whole blind students, the first grade full-blind students the lowest level of autonomy. For low vision students, the second grade low vision students the lowest level of autonomy.Through the analysis of the subjective and objective reasons, the author adopts the cognitive theory to study the first-grade all-blind students and the second-grade low-vision students with low autonomy level. The purpose of the intervention involves cognitive, learning, communication and career planning, with the aim of intervening to encourage the blind body to participate as much as possible in the family, school and social context;to guide the blind to an objective understanding of self,Shape their physical behavior, achieve or strengthen the positive effects, for the second test(posterior test)data to provide empiricalsupport.First-year all-blind students and second-year low-vision students after the implementation of interventions, the two test results are as follows:1.The second test, the average score of the overall level of blindness in the three grades was 65.141 points, higher than the overall average score before the intervention.2.After the implementation of interventions, the overall level of development of the first and second grade is higher than the previous test.Third grade because there is no blind to participate in the intervention, the overall level of autonomy than the previous test did not significantly improve.which was superior to the previous level of intervention in the first and second grade blindness, according to the mean and the t test(P> 0.05).The overall level of autonomy in the third grade blindness was not significantly different from that the previous subjects(P> 0.05).3.After the implementation of the intervention measures, the first grade full-blind students and sophomore low vision students of the autonomy level than the previous test has greatly improved.Other subjects without intervention in the intervention,post-test autonomy level than the previous test did not significantly improve.According to the mean and the t test,it was also found that there was a significant difference in the level of autonomy between the first and second grade low vision students(P <0.01).After the intervention, the level of autonomy of first-year blind and second-grade low-vision students is superior to the level of autonomy before intervention. There was no significant difference in the autonomy level between the other subjects before and after the intervention(p> 0.05).4.Conclusion: From the above analysis,it shows that the autonomy level of the subjects can be significantly improved under the intervention of cognitive theory. Finally, through the results of the two tests before and after,we try to use the systematic view and method of cognitive theory to explore the relationship between blindness, cognition, body and environment. An effective strategy for improving the level of autonomy and ability.
