The Current Situation Analysis And Development Countermeasures Of College Tennis Teams In Harbin

At present,the development and popularization of tennis in our country,make the tennis sport gradually become one of the most favorite sports of university students.And the number of participants and the number of college students love is increasing,with such a trend,the formation and development of college tennis team,the main reason is to promote the development of tennis sport in Colleges and universities.This paper through the investigation of the development situation of tennis team of eight colleges and universities to participate in the “Heilongjiang province university tennis tournament” in Colleges and universities in Harbin City,through the statistical analysis of the investigation result,find out the main problems affecting the development of Harbin college tennis team,analyze the problem and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,on the one hand,to hope for the city of Harbin college tennis team development ideas,on the other hand can put forward the proposal for the establishment of college tennis team now.This paper uses questionnaire and interviews with experts to participate in the “Heilongjiang province university tennis tournament”in eight universities in Harbin City coaches and athletes to investigate,understand the development status of Harbin college tennis team,using the method of literature and data,through the Heilongjiang Provincial Library and the library of Harbin Institute Of Physical Education,the research status of the university tennis team and related books were collected,and collected information on the front;Statistics and analysis of the collected data through mathematical statistics,find out some problems that affect the development of college tennis team in Harbin,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The results are as follows: Harbin university tennis movement in recent years has developed very rapidly,the number and quality of college tennis team has been continuously improved,but compared with other developed provinces and cities,there is still a big gap;The city of Harbin college tennis athletes training system is not perfect,lack of students and reserve personnel training;some tennis coach Wang initiative to learn new knowledge awareness is not enough,slow updating of modern tennis training theory and method,scientific training of athletes is relatively low,many coaches and teachers are in the teaching experience,players can not reach the strict scientific the training;University tennis athlete to get good grades and ranking in the game,you need to increase the intensity of training in peacetime,occupy a lot of time,and the cultural lessons learning time will be affected to a certain extent,“learning” and “training” has become the main contradiction facing college athletes;Earmarks of tennis in Harbin city team of the university is funded mainly from the school,the school funding earmarks of the sports team training and management of the sports team is relatively small,lack of funds and the single source has become one of the main factors affecting the development of tennis sport;Harbin college tennis is less,especially is an indoor tennis court less,can not meet the training needs of college tennis players.The development of countermeasures: borrow “the wave of development Internet plus sports”,promote college sports team Logistics ability;Harbin city colleges and universities to explore ways of athletes training mode,establish and perfect the training system of a set of high level tennis talents,improve the training of Harbin tennis reserve talents;to increase the coaches training efforts to tilt and encourage policy,improve their work enthusiasm and initiative;Take people-oriented “combination” mode of science and technology content in “intelligent” instead of "physical" and strengthen the training of athletes training;give full play to the advantages of colleges and universities in scientific research,the university tennis training system of scientific planning and development;improve the management mechanism of college tennis athletes,the good relationship between “learning” and “training”;increase the construction of college tennis facilities of Harbin City,optimize the training conditions;Universities in Harbin should learn from the market economy operation mode,cooperation and social enterprise office team,raise sports team construction of special funds,broaden the funding sources of sports teams;standard competition management system,increase the level of tennis in Harbin city.
