Based On The "three-step" Revitalization Strategy Of The Foot Reform, The 7S Model Analysis Of The Development Factors Of Chinese Football

CPC Central Committee which is lead by General secretary Xi Jinping had taken the revitalization of football as development of sports and put important task of building Sports powers on the agenda since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC began.The following overall plan for the reform and development of Chinese football proposed “three steps” strategy which set up short,medium and long term targets in order to revitalize Chinese football.It is not enough to have a clear strategy and plan of action,because mistakes must be taken into account when executed strategies.So strategy is only one of elements.All aspects of elements should be taken into account when set up a strategy.Strategies that are set up for raising the level of Chinese football are useless.We thought the system is the main element which made mistakes.We should find the other way to develop Chinese football.Chinese football seemed weakness for a long time.We'd better find the relationship of all elements and find its weak points.Author introduced the Mckinsey 7S Model to create a more Scientific,clear and systematic model for researching the elements of Chinese football's development.It could give effective guild for the development of Chinese football.The first part is introduce,which shows the background and the meaning of research.It combs studies about elements of football.Then pointing out the research methods.The second part is about the content of Mckinsey 7S Model and the overall plan of Chinese football reform.The third part is the combing of the Mckinsey 7S Model and elements of football development(structure,system,strategy,staff,skill,style and shared value).Then using these elements to build a 7S model of Chinese football development.The fourth part is about analysis.We analyze the elements of Chinese football development based on this 7s model,the overall plan of Chinese football reform.,the feedback of Chinese football development after a year.The final part is conclusion and suggestion.We analyze the result then get an important conclusion.The shared value is core.Strategy is root.Structure is base.System is the guarantee of perfect development.Style is the guarantee of sustainable development.Staff is fulcrum.Skill is power.We should balance all elements and develop them together,then working for the sustainable development of Chinese football.
